Please have the following information ready:
- a copy of the registry issued document showing you as owner (for dogs) or breeder (for a litter.) Handwritten owner/breeder information is not acceptable.
- Any available health information on the dog(s) you are submitting and their relatives. For information on the type of information needed, click HERE.
Full payment ($20 for each pedigree) is required in advance. You may pay via our secure PayPal link below, or send a check made to ASHGI via regular mail to the address below.
To complete the sign-in process, you may use e-mail or regular mail.
E-mail procedure: Click on the link below, state your full name and
scheduled appointment time. Attach scanned files of registry documents.
Attach or enter into the e-mail any pertinent health information.
Regular mail: Send a cover letter stating your full name, current e-mail
address and scheduled appointment time with copies of registry
documents and any pertinent health information. Mail to:

We will e-mail acknowledgement that we have received your materials. We will not acknowledge until we have received payment in full. If no payment is received within two weeks of sign-in, we will cancel your appointment.
PAYMENT: Please click below to pay via a secure PayPal link, or mail a check made payable to ASHGI to the address above. NOTE: When using an existing PayPal account, please make sure you have updated the quantity to reflect the number of pedigrees being submitted before logging in to your PayPal account. If your check is sent separately from your registry and other information, please include a cover letter with your name, appointment time and e-mail address.
